The animation level is not the latest style, but that is fine with me. The issue is that he wasnt ready to make sure the output was satisfactory. I am doing this for my users. If the ideas i want to convey are not successfully conveyed, it is of no use. He was not ready to fix many places where the idea was not conveyed properly, citing complexity. But if that was the case he should not have agreed for the price. If he estimated the complexity wrongly it was his fault and had to own up that, not reduce the quality of work.
