Seller's Response:

1) The sample-work that the seller gave us before starting the order looked nothing like what we ultimately received. 2) We gave them a full script and pre-made audio voice-over, but the animator's poor English skills resulted in the work being sent back for revision about 4 times with a total of 63 revisions. Some revisions were returned incomplete, and the same revisions had to be requested multiple times. 3) The animations didn't make sense in the context of what the script was saying, and there were many spelling errors, even with a script. 4) The seller responded quickly, but they seemed to be attempting to work so fast that there was very little quality in the finished product.
